Victor, a blind man, witnesses the murder of his best friend Waseem. Despite Victor’s blindness, he identifies the killer by recognizing the distinctive scent of the killer’s perfume and the Defender he was using. Victor’s identification leads the police to suspect the killer is Russell, who conspired with Waseem’s older brother, Tariq, to ​​commit the murder. Tragically, Victor is captured by Russell, who throws him into a vat of hydrofluoric acid, resulting in his painful death. Victor’s brother, George Peter, the patriarch of the Adato family, is devastated by the loss. Marco, Peter’s adopted brother, who was sent to Italy for safety, returns after learning of Victor’s death. As Peter returns from the deal, Isaac’s assistant, Dave, ambushes him in his car, discovers the plot, and stabs him to death. Peter survives, but is rushed to the hospital, further angering Marco. Peter informs Marco that Tony and Russell are responsible for Victor’s death. As Marco sets out to get revenge, Russell reveals his true nature by seriously wounding Marco and using a chainsaw to mutilate the hand of Anwar, Marco’s right-hand man. Enraged, Marco responds by killing Russell’s henchmen with a chainsaw. As he prepares to kill Russell, Marco learns that Victor’s pregnant wife, Aisha, is being held by Tony. In exchange for her release, Tony has demanded that all of the Adato family’s gold-trading operations be transferred to his name.

Marco captures Dave and tortures him with phosgene gas, who confesses that Aisha is in Tony’s guesthouse before dying in an explosion. Marco rushes in and brutally slaughters Tony’s henchmen to rescue Isha. However, Tony tricks Marco, revealing that Aisha is being held in the trunk of Russell’s car. Marco and Anwar follow Tony to his ranch, where Tony reveals that he is bisexual and attempts to seduce them, but Marco cuts off Tony’s hand with a katana and sends it to Russell, disguised as a briefcase containing company documents. In a final trap, Marco rigs Tony’s chair with a detonator that will explode when Tony is lifted from the chair. As the detonator was about to detonate, Tony was lifted into the air, detonating the detonator and leaving him mortally wounded. Russell stands helpless outside the warehouse, unable to do anything but watch Tony succumb to his wounds. Peter kills Tariq by hanging.

Desperate for revenge, Russell seeks help from his older brother Cyrus, a ruthless butcher. They launch an attack on Adato’s palace while Isha is in labor, and begin slaughtering the family. Despite Peter’s valiant efforts, Cyrus and Russell kill the entire family, including the children, Marko and Isha’s fiancée, kidnap her newborn baby, and depart. Marko and Peter are badly injured and grieving the death of their family. Peter encourages Marko to seek revenge not only on Victor, but on his entire family. Marko adopts a glowing, menacing appearance and confronts Cyrus and Russell in their factory. Marco fights his followers in a bloody confrontation, killing Russell by stabbing him and ripping out his heart. In a climactic confrontation with Cyrus, who is holding the newborn over a vat of acid, Marco beheads him and saves the child before he can throw him into the acid.

Marco ends his journey of revenge and leaves the factory with the child, paying the ultimate price in suffering and loss for his family. Afterwards, Marco spends time with Victor’s son until a convoy of cars arrives and takes the child away as the screen fades to black.

In a deleted scene, Marco takes revenge for the attack on Maria, who has been blackmailed and abused, by taking matters into his own hands after corrupt officer Imran Malik rejects her claims. Because of the ridicule and insult, Marko attacks the police, breaks into the cell and brutally punishes the bullies, even gouging out the eyes of the main perpetrator.
